Welcome to my counselling website! If you are struggling and looking for a safe place to heal, grow, and make changes: you have found it.
My overarching approach to therapy is to help people find and use their own strengths to support change. Therapy is a change journey, and I will use a variety of methods to help you. These include expressive art approaches, (story and art), specific trauma treatments (like EMDR), as well as more traditional teaching and talk therapy
