Lies have become ubiquitous in public life since the American election. We watch the American president constantly spinning lies, lies that are easily fact checked and disproven.

This spring was elusive, uncommitted. It changed day to day and we tried to keep up—we scraped frost, snow and ice off our windshields to go to work.
